Project Umbrella was an ideation session focused on designing an app to simplify and streamline the insurance purchasing experience. The goal was to explore user-centered solutions that prioritize clarity, trust, and accessibility.
Company Overview
The company started as a digital wallet for QR Code payments and quickly grew into one of the largest digital banks in Brazil. Today, it offers high-yield accounts, credit cards, loans, insurance, a marketplace, and seamless integration with Pix, WhatsApp, and Google Pay.
Main Challenge
The existing sales panel had complex workflows and inconsistent visual elements, making it difficult for corporate users to navigate and manage financial operations efficiently.
Design Goal
Redesign the panel to deliver a more intuitive and consistent experience by simplifying workflows, improving usability, and ensuring visual harmony through the new Design System.
